I just had to write and warmly (as much as possible via email) Thank You for a great product. The Naughty Spot arrived today and we immediately starting using it. My son is taking the time-outs well since he can watch the "countdown" on the timer--great idea.  Plus, I'm very impressed with your personal attention to my order.  I will certainly recommend your company and be back to shop myself.
